Atlantic Aces secured a narrow victory over Storm Nexgen in a tightly fought Netball Bermuda First Division match at Bernard Park, prevailing 39-34 after a competitive four quarters.
The Atlantic Aces' scoring efforts were effectively split between their attacking duo, with Charlotte Evans netting 20 goals and Jasmine Mapp adding 19 goals to secure the win for the Aces.
The team’s win was underpinned by strong individual performances across the court. Charlotte Evans was recognized as the best performer in attack, while Olivia Bugg stood out in defence. The Atlantic Aces' Most Valuable Player award went to Sinae Symonds.
Storm Nexgen were led in scoring by J'zari Zuill-Dillas with 19 goals, supported by Jamir Hatherley who scored 14 goals, and Malaysia Furbert adding 1 goal. Despite the loss, Storm Nexgen saw strong individual showings, with Jamir Hatherley named their best attacker and Journee Belboda their best defender. The MVP award for Storm Nexgen was claimed by Vongai Benza.
