The second round of the 2025 Goodwill Bermuda Pro-Am was heavily impacted by wet and windy conditions, as the elite amateur and professional field battled the elements across the island’s three famed courses. Despite the challenging weather, the team from Mid Ocean Club – A managed to card the day's lowest net score at Tuckers Point.
Following a bright start to the tournament, competitors woke to a wet and windy day in Bermuda, which significantly impacted scoring across all three courses.
The best team performance of the day came at Tuckers Point Club, where the Mid Ocean Club – A team, led by Chaka Desilva, fired a low net score of 56 (-14). Desilva, alongside amateurs William Frith, Andy McComb, and David Brining, mastered the conditions to secure the lead at that course. The professional scoring honors at Tuckers Point were claimed by Robert Graham (Niagara on the Lake Golf Club), who registered 20 Stableford points.
The Port Royal Golf Course proved particularly challenging in the blustery conditions, with the overall low net score rising significantly. The Silver Springs Country Club team, led by Patrick Langan, posted the best net score here with a 65 (-6). Professional Cian Curley (Trump National GC – Westchester) battled through for the course-leading 14 Stableford points.
At the Mid Ocean Club, the Retro team, led by Jesse Smith adapted well to the heavy conditions, carding a low net score of 62 (-9). They overcame the wet environment to post the leading amateur result at the prestigious course.
The best professional Stableford score of the day was shared by three players across the courses, with Kenny Leseur (Jupiter Country Club – B) matching the high mark by scoring 20 points at Mid Ocean.
