A total of 63 archers, including Olympians and elite competitors targeting the 2026 season and the LA 2028 Olympic Games, have successfully concluded the intensive five-day KSL International Archery Camp in Yucaipa, California, hosted by the world-renowned coach Kisik Lee.
The camp served as a premier training destination for archers looking to elevate their performance with a proven strategy for success. Among the talented athletes honing their skills were Camerin Pickering, Jaydon Roberts, and Elektra Smith.
The comprehensive curriculum was designed to push archers, covering both the technical and mental aspects of the sport. Key topics addressed over the five days included the Mental Game in Archery, Archery fundamentals, and the Theory of the KSL Shot Cycle (Coach Lee's internationally recognised shooting method).
The archers also benefited from Individualized Archer Assessment by Coach Lee, as well as dedicated sessions on Equipment Tuning Techniques, Goal Setting, and Training Techniques for Big Games.
The camp also served as a crucial learning experience for coaches. Accompanying the archers throughout the five days was Coach Ross Roberts, who experienced valuable coaching techniques employed by the KSL team, gaining insights essential to benefit future Bermudian archers.
