IslandStats.com
Sixty-three archers, including Olympians and elite competitors targeting the 2026 season and the LA 2028 Olympic Games, have converged on Yucaipa, California, for the intensive five-day KSL International Archery Camp, hosted by the world-renowned coach Kisik Lee.

The camp is a premier destination for archers looking to elevate their performance with a proven strategy for success. Among the talented athletes honing their skills are Camerin Pickering, Jaydon Roberts, and Elektra Smith, all training under the watchful eye of Coach Lee.

The comprehensive curriculum is designed to push archers of all experience levels, from beginner to advanced, covering both the technical and mental aspects of the sport. Key topics being addressed over the five days include:

Mental Game in Archery: Focusing on the psychological preparation required for high-stakes competition.
Archery Fundamentals and the Theory of the KSL Shot Cycle: A deep dive into the technical basics and Coach Lee's internationally recognised shooting method.
Individualized Archer Assessment: Direct, tailored feedback from Coach Lee himself.
Equipment Tuning Techniques: Essential skills to optimise gear for peak performance.
Goal Setting and Training Techniques for Big Games: Developing structured plans to achieve success in major tournaments.

The camp also serves as a crucial learning experience for coaches. Accompanying the archers is Coach Ross Roberts, who is attending to observe and experience the valuable coaching techniques employed by the KSL team, seeking to bring back cutting-edge training knowledge to benefit future archers. The camp offers an extensive training curriculum and is essential in helping archers reach their maximum potential.
