Given the team has been selected well in advance of the tournament, we will give you our viewers the opportunity to help celebrate the athletes prior to them representing Bermuda.

The Athlete's Journey
How did you first get into your sport? I first started playing netball in primary school (Northlands)
Who has been your biggest inspiration or role model, both in and out of your sport? My biggest inspiration in netball would be my team! Outside of netball, would be myself as I’ve been told I am an inspiration to others
What is the most valuable lesson your sport has taught you? My sport has taught me patience & how to be a team player
Tell us about your proudest moment as an athlete so far. My proudest moment would be winning the 2025 winter league undefeated with my team! & also being named league top attacker
Training & Competition
Describe your training regimen. What does a typical week look like for you? A weekly training regimen for me would consist of weight lifting 3 times a week & a 30 minute walk everyday
What’s your game-day routine? I don’t necessarily have a game day routine or ritual I just make sure to stretch
How do you handle a tough loss or a disappointing performance? I usually just reflect with myself about a disappointing performance or tough loss but if it really bothers me I would talk to my sisters about it
Beyond the Game
What's your go-to activity when you're not training or competing? My go to activity when not training or competing would be the gym
If you weren't an athlete, what would you be doing? If I wasn’t an athlete doesn’t make sense to me I’ve always had it in my mind from young to be one, even if it wasn’t for netball it would’ve been basketball
What's one thing most people don't know about you? Most people don’t know that I’m an artist on the side. I like to draw at times. I'm pretty good at it
Who would you invite to your dream dinner party (can be anyone, living or historical)? I would definitely invite God & Michael Jordan & to my dream dinner
Words of Wisdom
What advice would you give to a young person aspiring to follow in your footsteps? My advice to the young people would be to believe in yourself, you are your worst critic so stay disciplined, stay humble in & off the courts keep pushing to be the best version of yourself! What's one thing you hope to achieve in the next five years, both in your sport and in life? I think sports is coming to an end for me so for the next five years I’m just hoping to still be active and god willing but in life generally I’m hoping to just be happy as I am now
