Bermuda's Kyle Hamilton and Sean Tucker faced a tough start to their 2025 NORCECA Beach Volleyball Tour campaign in San Salvador, El Salvador, suffering two consecutive defeats in Pool D at the Flor Blanca Beach Sports Stadium.
The Bermudian duo first went down to Canada's Rouzbeh Rahnavard and Dylan Devecseri in straight sets. The Canadian pair proved too strong, winning 21-13, 21-14 in a match that lasted 39 minutes.
Hamilton and Tucker then took on Costa Rica's Daniel Dyner Villa and Victorio Esteban González Flores in a closely contested three-set match. The Bermudians started strongly, clinching the first set 25-23. However, the Costa Rican team fought back to level the match with a 21-14 victory in the second set. In the decider, Villa and Flores maintained their momentum to win 15-11, closing out the match in 47 minutes.
