Bermuda's junior golf team has concluded its campaign at the North America Cup in Aurora, Canada, finishing in a respectable third place after three days of spirited international match play.
The six-player Bermudian team, consisting of Lachlan Soutter, Cole Graham, Fletcher Logie, Isaac Davis, Camilo Legere, and Darina Betschart, was joined by Arman Newton and Lewis MacFarlane for the final day's play. The expanded squad battled hard in a bid to climb the leaderboard.
On the final day, Team Bermuda finished a respectable second with 8 points, behind Team Canada who claimed the day with 18 points. Team Mexico rounded out the day's scoring with 7 points.
In the final tournament standings, Team Mexico was crowned champions, leading the way with a total of 55 points. Team Canada finished in second with 22.5 points, while Team Bermuda held on to third place with a final total of 21.5 points. The tournament was an invaluable experience for the young Bermudians, who demonstrated their potential against strong regional opposition.
