Bermuda’s Women’s National Team will learn their path to the 2026 CONCACAF W Championship on Wednesday, August 20, as the Confederation confirmed the details for the 2025/26 CONCACAF W Qualifiers.
The tournament is a key part of CONCACAF's expanded and revamped women’s national team calendar. With the United States and Canada receiving a bye to the W Championship, 30 other Member Associations will compete in the qualifiers for the six remaining spots.
Bermuda has been placed in Pot 1, along with Trinidad and Tobago, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Guyana, and Cuba. This is a significant position for the team, as they will be drawn into a group with one of the six pre-seeded teams: Costa Rica (Group A), Mexico (Group B), Jamaica (Group C), Panama (Group D), Haiti (Group E), and El Salvador (Group F).
The qualifiers will be played across three FIFA Women’s International Match Windows in November 2025, and February and April 2026. Each team will play four matches—two at home and two away. The six group winners will then advance to the CONCACAF W Championship, which serves as the qualification path to the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup and the 2028 Summer Olympic Games.
Fans can follow the official draw live on the CONCACAF YouTube channel on Wednesday, August 20th, at 8:00 p.m. Bermuda Time.
