The enthusiastic crowd witnessed high-scoring action and tight finishes as teams battled for supremacy on the court.
Stephens Leads Chargers Past The Answer in Nine-Point Victory
The opening game of the night saw the Chargers emerge victorious over Caesars Pharmacy the Answer with a 69-60 scoreline.
Kevin Stephens was the standout performer for the Chargers, putting in a dominant offensive display. He scored 5 two-pointers, an impressive 8 three-pointers, and 3 free throws, amassing a game-high 37 points. Stephens also led his team on the boards, grabbing 10 rebounds. For Caesars Pharmacy the Answer, Jorel Smith led their scoring efforts with 17 points, while Napthali Smith was their leading rebounder with 10. Despite their efforts, they couldn't overcome Stephens' stellar performance.
Wolfpack Edge Kings in Nail-Biting One-Point Thriller
The nightcap provided a tense and thrilling finish as the Wolfpack narrowly edged out the Kings with a 61-60 victory.
Drake Kucharik led the scoring for the Wolfpack with 23 points, while Adam McDonald controlled the boards with 6 rebounds. The Kings fought valiantly, with Jason Lowe matching Kucharik's 23 points and also grabbing 4 rebounds. Kristopher O'Connor and Ryan Rabain also contributed 4 rebounds each for the Kings, but it wasn't enough to secure the win in a closely contested final score.
