FIRST DIVISION
Devonshire Colts 5 Southampton Rangers 2
At the Police Field, the Devonshire Colts picked up their second win of the season defeating the Southampton Rangers 5 – 2.
Keino Burch would lead them to victory with a hat-trick, while Keston Lewis added the other two goals. Sijay Samuels, and Jahni Bean scored a goal each for the Southampton Rangers, who also had Bean sent off.
Wolves 1 Young Men Social Club 2
At the Wellington Oval, league leaders Young Men Social Club came from a goal down to edge Wolves 2 – 1.
Marrioko Iris gave Wolves the lead in the 41st minute, but Giniko Butterfield equalized for Young Men Social Club in the 74th minute. Just when it seemed as if the teams would share the points, Butterfield added his second goal of the game to earn Young Men Social Club their 4th win of the season.
PREMIER DIVISION
PHC Zebras 3 X-Road’s 1
At the PHC Stadium, Paul Simons scored a hat-trick to lead the PHC Zebras to a 3 – 1 win over his former team X-Road’s.
Donovan Thompson, pulled a goal back for X-Road’s late in the match, he had another chance to pull X-Road’s within one when he was brought down in the box going away from goal, but his spot kick crashed against the crossbar.
Dandy Town Hornets 1 North Village Rams 2
At the BAA Field, the North Village Rams edged the defending Premier Division Champions Dandy Town Hornets 2 – 1.
Jalen Harvey gave the North Village Rams the lead in the 4th minute, but Jomei Bean-Lindo equalized for the Dandy Town Hornets in the 15th minute, but on the stroke of half-time, the North Village rams took the lead when Pierre Smith found the back of the net.
The second half produced no goals as the North Village Rams remain undefeated in the League.
Devonshire Cougars 2 St. George’s Colts 1
At the Devonshire Recreation Club, the Devonshire Cougars came from behind to defeat the St. George’s Colts 2 – 1.
Blaiz Hall gave the St. George’s Colts the lead in the first half, but Elisha Darrell equalized for the Devonshire Cougars in the 67th minute, and then four minutes later Che’Kai Caisey found the back of the net for what proved to be the winner for the Devonshire Cougars.
