Wayne Henry, had decided not to take on the coaching responsibilities at St. David’s for this upcoming season.
Back on August 11th St. David’s confirmed that Henry would replace Jack Castle, however Henry has had second thoughts following low turnout by the players.
Henry said, “When I returned to the island I called a training session to get the players together, however only a handful responded to the call, messages was then sent out to players and after a few session with only a limited amount of players I decided it was in my best interest not to take on the challenge.”
In departing Henry wishes the club all the success in their future endeavors.
