The Swifts came from behind to defeat the visiting Sir John A. Macdonald Collegiate Institute 2 – 1. Playing their second game on a three game tour of Bermuda, Sir John A. Macdonald Collegiate Institute took a first half lead through a Claire Oelmann Field Goal, this lead would stand at the break.
During the second half both teams created chances, but it was not until the 53rd minute that Kelah Osborne equalized for the Swifts, a run into the D by Ryanne Bardgett then saw Iman Smith have a shot hit the upright and Osborne was on hand to score from close range.
The Swifts winner came five minutes later when Smith scored a Field Goal surrounded by a D full of defenders. The Swifts had the ball inside the D for several seconds but could not get a shot off until Smith found enough room to unleash a shot that flew pass the visiting goalkeeper.
