Bermuda’s opening tour match in the Cricket Canada Summer Festival was delayed by rain against the West Indies High Performance Centre team. The West Indies High Performance Centre won the toss and decided to bat. Bermuda’s Team today is as follows: David Hemp –Captain, Chris Foggo, Terryn Fray, Dion Stovell, Fiqre Crockwell, Jason Anderson, Delyone Borden, Joshua Gilbert, Jim West, Malachi Jones and Kevin Tucker.
The West Indies High Performance Centre were bowled all out for 171, Kieran Powell was the top scorer with 46, Powell hit two sixes in his innings, while Malachi Jones had bowling figures of 6-0-34-4. In reply Bermuda scored 154/7 in their 30 overs. David Hemp was the top scorer with 78 from 62 balls, Hemp hit one four and seven sixes. Brandon Bess was the pick of the West Indies High Performance bowler with figures of 6-2-20-2.
