The Bacardi Series concluded recently, Eight boats ventured out from inside the Hamilton Harbor on the final day of racing and proceeded down North Shore to “16” and back in fairly decent breeze.
Crossfire with Brian Hillier at the Helm took the honors in Class One, while Jitterbug skippered by Elspeth Brewin won Class Two.
Hillier was the overall Series winner with three points, while Steve Sherwin sailing Nasty Medicine finished second with 6 points and Brewin finished third overall with 13 points.
