Bermuda Fitted Dinghy Racing took place in the St. George’s Harbor, Contest III with skipper Somers Kempe sailed away in the Trott Cup in race One. Contest III was the only boat to finish the race after both Challenger II with Ptere Bromby at the Helm and Victory IV with captain Mark Soares sank, while Tim Lynch sailing Elizabeth II did not start.
In the Day’s second race for the St. George’s Dinghy & Sports Club Cup saw Contest III cross the line first followed by Challenger II, then Elizabeth II with Victory IV just behind.
Challenger II won the final race of the day for the Victory Cup, with Contest III second, Victory IV was third and Elizabeth II finished 4th.
