The Wednesday Night First Series continued when racing got underway in the Hamilton Harbor. Some 32 boats went to the start line, with Crossfire recording the fastest time of the night crossing the line in 53.12, with their corrected time of 0:58.21 saw them finish first overall on the night.
Stinger JS9000 recorded the second fastest time of the evening clocking 1:00.15 and with their corrected time of 0:58.24 saw them finish second overall, Trumps had the third fastest time of the evening of 1:06.42, their corrected time of 0:59.44 saw them finish third.
