BCB to Monitor BA Situation
Bermuda Cricket Board (BCB) Officials are monitoring the pending strike situation of British Airways Cabin Crew.

With the news that the union representing British Airways cabin crew has said its members will go on strike for three days from 20 March and for four days from 27 March, www.islandstats.com contacted the BCB about the situation at the National Cricket Team is set to depart Bermuda on the 23rd of March, one of the day’s the cabin crew have decided to strike.

BCB Director of Cricket Arnold Manders said, “We have been intouch with the travel agent about all scenario’s, so at this time we are just monitoring the situation”.

“The team is schedule to depart on the 23rd and we understand there is a pending strike, but our hope is that the two parties come to an agreement prior to the strike in order for us to make our training commitment in South Africa”, concluded Manders.
