Brothers Jesse and Zander Kirkland finished Day 2 of the 2010 North American 49er Championships in 12th place with 62 points.
In a field of 21 competitors, the sailors only completed one race on the day, with the Kirkland’s finishing 17th to fall from 9th place.
Peter Burling from Tauranga, New Zealand continues to lead the Fleet with 8 points after finishing 4th in the days race, while Will Phillips from Australia is second with eleven points and Allan Norregard from Sweden is third with fourteen points.
