Day 3 of the 40th annual Orange Bowl International Youth Regatta, hosted collaboratively by the US Sailing Center (Miami, Fla.), Coral Reef Yacht Club, Biscayne Bay Yacht Club, and Lauderdale Yacht Club saw movement by the Bermuda sailors.
In the 420’s Class James Anfossi and Jordan Saints moved up to 7th place from 9th, the pair won race seven and finished 3rd in race nine, while Blake Burgess is crewing for schoolmate Bobby Lippincott from Christchurch School in the Club 420 90 Boat fleet class and the pair moved up from 23rd to 14th finishing the days races in 3rd, 4th & 5th and Mackenzie Cooper is now in 17th place with 84 points in the Laser 4.7 Class.
Jason Saints fell three places to finish the day in 18th, while Ryan Saraiva fell from 20th to 31st and Chris Sposato jumped up 19 places to move from 120th to 101st competing in the Laser Radial.
In the 225 Boat Fleet Optimist Class sees, Sam Stan moved up one spot from 42nd to 41st, Ellie Wollmann moved up from 117th to 76th, while Ceci Wollmann fell from 97th place to 110th, Mickey Wollmann moved up 26 places from 151st to 125th and Ferdinand Arnold is in 180th place.
