Three Bermudians Blake Burgess, Jono Dill and Kyle Burgess sailed for their school Christchurch School at the State Championships and helped to claim the State Championship Title.
Blake Bugess said, “We sailed a total of 28 races with 7 races in 4 Divisions at the Norfolk Yacht and Country Club”.
“We sailed in the FJ class, were there was 9 schools present, I sailed the A1 Division boat and won 5 of the 7 races”, continued Burgess.
Dill sailed A2 Division boat and did really well, and Kyle Burgess sailed the B2 Division boat winning 4 of the 7 races”, concluded Burgess.
