In 2009 Saturday Fleet Racing in the Great Sound, saw Craig Davis win the IOD Race Day 6 with 59 points on the day, while Penny Simmons finished 2nd with 7 points. Jordy Walker finished 3rd with 9 points, while the pair of Patrick Cooper & William McNiven foinished 4th with 11 points, Kevin Horsefield & Hughie Watlington finished 5th with 15 points, 6th place went to George Cubbon who finished with 16 points and Jeff Arnst finished 7th with 23 points.
In J24 Racing action, it was Gavin Collery taking the line honors on the day with 5 points, Pete Ramsdale finished 2nd with 9 points, also with 9 points but finishing 3rd was the team of Barry Zurbuchen & Tim Lynch. Neil Redburn finished 4th with 11 points and the team of Stuart Clare & Charles Hall finished 5th with 14 points.
