The West End Sailboat Club held the Frances Powell Shield Regatta recently, with Gladwin Lambert and his crew Greg Proctor winning the regatta with Anthony Smith and his crew Tre Joinville finishing second, while Ellsworth Lovell and his crew Quinton Simons finished third. Youngster Joinville skippered the boat to victory day’s last race.
