United Soccer Leagues announced the USL 2nd Division Team of the Week honors for the 12th week of the USL season, honoring Bermuda Hogges player Omar Shakir in the Team of the Week.
As you will recall that on Saturday night www.islandstats.com reported Shakir scored a 25 yard rocket in injury time of the second half to earn the Bermuda Hogges a share of the points at the National Sports Center.
Also included on the team of the week is Almir Barbosa who found the back of the net twice for the Western Mass Pioneers on Saturday night.
