Nathan Armstrong and his Rider University Men's Cross Country teammates ran their best race of the 2022 season with a second-place finish out of 11 teams at the Manhattan College XC Invitational.
Sophomore Noah Taylor again was the Rider University, top performer, finishing the 8K course in 25:17.7, good for third of 114 finishers. Rider finished with two athletes in the top five with Taylor and junior Gobi Thurairajah finishing fifth with a time of 25:31.5.
Armstrong was next for Rider in 25:58.1 finishing in 13th, ahead of Dylan Rodriguez clocked 25:58.7, finishing 14th, and Jeremie Garcia finished 15th with a time of 26:14.2, to round out Rider University's top five finishers in New York.
