Nathan Armstrong received an invite to compete in the Colt Invitational Cross Country Meet on the infamous Holmdel course.
With only 2 days to prepare, Armstrong made the best of the opportunity by running his best time of 16:25 over a 5000 Meters Course crossing the line 6th.
This time duplicating his best time run at last year's MOC.
Armstrong raced perfectly but wishes he had just one more chance to try to break the elusive 16 mins at Holmdel.
