Carifta Games Medalist Nathan Armstrong represented Pompton Lakes in NJSIAA Group 1 North Sectionals.
Armstrong competed in 3 races, he reached the Qualifiers for State Groups Championships in all 3 races, he ran 1 Personal Best and he broke a School Record.
Armstrong finished 5th in the Men’s Varsity 800 Meters finishing in a Personal Best time of 2:01.64.
During the Men’s Varsity 1600 Meters, Armstrong finished 2nd stopping the clock in a time of 4:31.73.
Armstrong set a New School Record during the 3200 Meters when he was clocked at 9:50.47.
Armstrong ran the anchor leg for Pompton Lakes during the Men’s Varsity 4x400 Meters Relay team that clocked a winning time of 53.5.
