Chris Estwanik ran to victory in the 2016 XL Catlin Man on the Run 5K Champion.
Estwanik making a return to the running scene after over coming a few injuries stopped the clock in a time of 16:38, Quincy Kuzyk was second in 17:53 and Max De Ste Croix was third in 17:57.
The Junior 2K race was won by Bakari Furbert who clocked 9:35, Callum MacFarlane was second in 9:57 and Zende Butterfield was third in 10:02.
