Jay Donawa, Jayden Ming and Tommy Marshall are the 2014 XL Man on the Run Champions. Donawa won the Adult 5K, with Ming winning the Junior 11-14 Age Group 5K and Marshall won the Junior 7-10 Age Group 2K.
Donawa clocked a time of 17:05 on his way to claiming the Adult title, with Seamus Fearon finishing second with a time of 17:52 and Christopher Harris finished ten seconds back in third clocking 18:02.
Ming crossed the line in a time of 18:12 on his way to winning the Junior 11-14 Age Group 5K run, Ryan Outerbridge finished second with a time of 19:21 and Nicholas Pilgrim finished third crossing the line in a time of 21:21.
During the Junior 7-10 Age Group 2K race Marshall crossed the line in a time of 9:34, with Christen Lugo Elbox finishing second clocking 10:26 and Louis Hammond finished third recording a time of 11:43.
