Promising Bermudian youngsters Amir Outerbridge and Tokia Bean have both completed moves to the UK-based Future Pro football development programme, taking the next major step in their overseas sporting careers.
Both players earned their places in the elite setup on the heels of standout performances at the Bermuda Triangle Cup, having featured prominently for two of the island's premier domestic youth setups.
Outerbridge transitions to Future Pro after representing Somerset Trojans, while Bean arrives following an impressive campaign with Dandy Town Hornets.
Future Pro officials were quick to welcome the pair, emphasising their commitment to nurturing the duo's technical development and competitive growth in England.
"We are delighted to welcome Amir Outerbridge," a Future Pro spokesperson confirmed. "We look forward to seeing Outerbridge settle into the programme and continue his development throughout the season."
Welcoming Bean, the academy added: "We’re delighted to welcome Tokia Bean to Future Pro, joining us from Bermuda. We look forward to welcoming Bean into the programme and supporting him as he settles into life at Future Pro."
