IslandStats.com
The Bermuda Rubis Energy Karting Championship delivered a day of intense racing action at the Southside Motor Sports Raceway for Race Day 6, where drivers battled through overcast conditions and demonstrated impressive consistency, particularly in the Tag Junior and KZ Master classes.

The L206 Class, featuring a single-engine package where precision is paramount, saw three different winners across the three heats. Ryan Rebello claimed first place in Heat 1. Heat 2 saw a change at the top as Owen DeCosta secured the victory, with Marc Tucker second and Max Correia third. Jason North eventually secured the final heat win, followed by DeCosta and David Barbosa, showcasing the class's competitive depth.

The Tag Senior Class provided a direct rivalry between Ryan Burgess and Nathan DeCosta. Ryan Burgess took back-to-back wins in the first two heats, with Nathan DeCosta finishing second in both. However, DeCosta turned the tables in Heat 3, capturing first place ahead of Burgess in second and Blake Horseman in third. Third place finishes went to Blake Horseman in Heat 1 and Jorja Thomas in Heat 2.

The younger divisions saw two Bermudian brothers secure multiple clean sweeps. Tanner Correia delivered a perfect performance in the Tag Junior Class, securing first place in all three heats. Syah Pedro placed second, Jonathan Linberg took third, and Ethan Wheatley finished fourth consistently.

In the Cadet division, Tanner Correia achieved another clean sweep, with he and Jacob Garrett claiming first and second place in all three heats, underlining their current dominance in their category.

The KZ Master class was defined by utter consistency, with Jason DeCouto sweeping all three heats. William Dunkley secured second place throughout, and Rian Lindo claimed three consecutive third-place finishes.

The open Shifter Class saw intense competition, particularly for mid-pack positions. Ryan Rebello won the first two heats, with Jason Correia finishing second. The final heat saw Rebello win, Correia finish second, and Chris Ricca take third. In the closely fought Heat 1, Blake Horseman placed third, David Selley fourth, Stephen Corrado fifth, Chris Ricca sixth, and Jorja Thomas seventh.
