The Kattegat Sharks Sprint Meet delivered fast and competitive action at the BASA Pool, with numerous personal best times recorded and several swimmers claiming double victories in the 15 & Over age group.
The Women's 15 & Over 100 SC Meter Freestyle A - Final was a rapid affair, with the top three all recording new personal bests. Elanna Fulton claimed the victory, touching the wall first in 1:03.19. She narrowly edged out Jorgia White, who finished a close second with a personal best time of 1:03.49, while Lila Connolly finished third, also setting a personal best of 1:06.13.
Jorgia White bounced back from her second-place finish to claim victory in the Women's 15 & Over 100 SC Meter Individual Medley A - Final with a time of 1:16.40. Emilia Dunkerley was second in 1:20.24, ahead of Sophie Wells in third (1:24.20).
In the men's events, Logan Jones dominated the marquee Men's 15 & Over 100 SC Meter Freestyle A - Final, winning with a time of 54.26 seconds. Jamie MacFarlane was second (58.75), and Joseph Moniz finished third (59.74).
Joseph Moniz stepped up to win the Men's 15 & Over 100 SC Meter Individual Medley A - Final in 1:10.08, beating Zachary Johnson (1:15.82).
Lila Connolly followed her earlier personal best with a victory in the Women's 15 & Over 100 SC Meter Breaststroke A - Final, touching the wall in a personal best of 1:25.54. Sienna Spurling was second (1:34.79), and Paget Benevides third (1:47.08).
The Men's 15 & Over 100 SC Meter Breaststroke A - Final was won by Jamie MacFarlane in 1:12.22, with Zachary Johnson securing second place in 1:27.49.
