Round Two of the Bermuda Nitro Racing Association at Southside Racetrack delivered another day of fast-paced action, highlighted by a commanding performance in the Buggy Class and a hard-fought win in the E-Buggy division.
Kwaz Dill was the undisputed master of the track in the Buggy Class, getting out in front early and maintaining an unassailable lead. Dill’s dominant run saw him lap the entire field, securing the victory with ease.
The real battle for the podium took place behind him. Marcel Hatherley and Ryan Pacheco fought closely through the middle stages of the race, but it was Pacheco who emerged victorious, taking a hard-earned second place after Hatherley fell off the pace late in the running.
The highly competitive E-Buggy Class saw Joe Valadao claim the victory. Kimo secured a strong second-place finish, while Naeem Spencer rounded out the podium to take third place.
The strong field and close racing across both divisions suggest the battle for the overall season championship will intensify over the coming rounds.
