The Bermuda Mixed Foursomes 2025 is off to a competitive start at the stunning par-54 Turtle Hill Golf Club, with the pairing of Jarryd Dillas and Linda Down seizing the early lead in the Championship Flight.
Dillas and Down carded an impressive even par round of 54 in the first round to claim the top spot, showcasing excellent precision on the short, but challenging, 18-hole course.
The leaderboard remains tightly packed after Day One, promising a thrilling finish in the second and final round.
Just one stroke separates the leaders from the second-place pairing. Cynthia Semos and Mikus Ming sit alone in second after shooting a 1-over par 55.
A tie for third place sees two pairs locked at 2-over par 56: Lewis MacFarlane and Darina Betschart are joined by Ann Symonds and Walter Jackson, keeping them firmly in contention for a podium finish.
In the First Flight division, Darrin Lewis and Kimberly Lewis lead the way after recording a 7-over par 61. They hold a four-stroke lead over Rishi Aggarwal and Lianna Aggarwal, who finished the opening round at 11-over par 65.
The Modified Pinehurst format for the Championship Flight in the final round will require both precision and collaboration to maintain or overturn these narrow margins.
