The Sharks came out firing on all cylinders, with Alexa Bereczki, the reigning SSC Freshman of the Year, scoring two goals to begin the 2025 campaign. She was joined on the scoresheet by Lova Korpas and Liwa Nilsson, who each recorded a goal and an assist. Ginger Schulz added two assists for the Sharks, underscoring their offensive dominance.
For Bermudian Cabral, the match was a significant milestone. She returned to the pitch and played about 20 minutes after a year off through injury, a promising sign for her comeback season with the team.
