Zuill was invited by DaRock Elite Academy founder, Bermuda senior national team defender Dante Leverock. He spoke to the U9 players upon the conclusion of a friendly match against Bolton. Zuill, now 15, shared his UK football journey with them, which started when he was 7 years old. He was signed by Oldham Athletics when he was eight years old and remained with the club until 2024. Last season he joined the Bolton Wanderers U15 Academy team. He encouraged the players to be their very best and to never give up. The Elite Academy players also posed questions to Zuill, which he enjoyed answering. “It was nice seeing the young players from Bermuda. They reminded me of when I was 6 years old playing for Dandy Town. I am glad I came up here, especially since it is my team’s home pitch.” Leverock added: “This tour is about more than football. It’s about exposure, growth, and belief. For our young players to visit England, test themselves against academy opposition, and see another Bermudian like Na’im thriving in this environment shows them what’s possible. I hope they leave inspired to chase their dreams with discipline and pride.”
