Enoch Joseph and his Casper College teammates started their season with a thrilling 3-3 draw against Utah State Eastern. The match was a back-and-forth affair, with neither team able to hold on to a lead.
Utah State Eastern drew first blood in the 10th minute through Denaeyer Dean, but Casper College responded just two minutes later with a goal from Roy Nozawa. The teams went into the halftime break level at 1-1.
The second half continued the high-scoring trend. Hedy Bechar put Casper College ahead in the 53rd minute, but Davis Bormanis equalized for Utah State Eastern in the 68th minute. Bechar then scored his second goal of the game to restore Casper's lead, but once again, Utah State Eastern found a response, with Oliver Palafox scoring in the 77th minute to level the score at 3-3. Despite the late drama, the match ended in a draw, a fair result in a game filled with attacking prowess.
