Bermuda's young swimming talents, Thomas Cechini and Connor Hupman, have completed their campaigns at the World Aquatics Junior Swimming Championships in Romania.
In their final event, the Men’s 100m Freestyle, both swimmers competed in the heats. Cechini, swimming in Heat 8, finished 6th with a time of 53.08, which saw him finish 70th overall in a very competitive international field.
Hupman won Heat 6, stopping the clock in a time of 53.24, which put him 75th overall. Their performances mark the end of a valuable week of competition for the young Bermudians, who have gained significant experience on the world stage.
