The University of Oklahoma women's soccer team, featuring Bermuda Women’s National team player Ashley Tutas, produced three goals in just over 15 minutes to start the second half as they defeated Creighton 4-1 in their 2025 season opener at the John Crain Field.
Oklahoma put the pressure on early and broke through via a corner kick in the 11th minute. Lexi Dendis served a pass into the box that Naomi Clark headed in for the lead.
Creighton responded shortly before the break, with Ella Luna grabbing a loose ball following a shot to find the back of the net and level the score at 1-1.
Heading into the break even, Oklahoma unleashed a barrage of goals to put the game out of reach. Dendis scored the eventual game-winner just minutes into the second half. Three minutes later, Clark asserted herself through the backline to secure her second goal of the night, and Claire Curran then added a fourth for Oklahoma to seal the victory.
