Mixed Fortunes for Bermudian Footballers in UK Action

It was a day of mixed results for Bermudian footballers across various leagues and cup competitions in the UK this Saturday.

Nathan Trott and his Cardiff City teammates continued their strong start to the season, remaining undefeated in Sky Bet League One following a convincing 3-0 win over Rotherham United at the Cardiff City Stadium.

In another positive result, Reggie Lambe and Needham Market secured their first three points of the season, picking up a 1-0 win over Worcester City in the Southern League Premier Central. Jutorre Burgess also enjoyed a good day, as his Harborough Town teammates picked up a 3-1 win on the road against Bury Town.

Meanwhile, a tough day for Nahki Wells, who missed out with a knock, as his Luton Town teammates were defeated 2-1 by his former club, Bradford City.

In other action, Kane Crichlow and Sutton United earned a point in a goalless draw with Solihull Moors FC. There were defeats for Harry Twite's Loughborough Student FC, who went down 4-2 to Rugby Borough FC. Coleridge Fubler, Aunde Todd and their Binfield FC teammates were knocked out of the Emirates FA Challenge Cup following a 2-1 loss to Marlow. Remi Coddington's Bracknell Town FC side went down 4-3 in a high-scoring Southern Football League match against Poole Town.

Finally, in a close contest, Keziah Martin, Deniche Hill, and their Buxton teammates were defeated 2-1 by Marine Football Club. Both Martin and Hill started the match on the bench, with Hill entering the game in the second half.
