A double-header in the Bermuda Inline Ball Hockey league at the PCC Hockey Rink produced a combined 24 goals as the Hyannisport Presidents and Charlestown Chiefs both secured victories.
Hyannisport Presidents 10 Long Island Ducks 5
In the opening match, the Hyannisport Presidents defeated the Long Island Ducks in a high-scoring encounter that finished 10-5.
The Presidents' Kris Abramowski was in sensational form, scoring four goals, while Ryan Bates and Kyan Oakley each added a brace. Rob Osborne and Eric Walker also found the back of the net. For the Long Island Ducks, Hart Freedman and Bill Calko both scored twice, with Max Boivin adding their other goal.
Broome County Blades 2 Charlestown Chiefs 7
The second match of the night saw the Charlestown Chiefs dominate the Broome County Blades with a 7-2 win. The victory was built on the back of hat-tricks from Marcel Bouwens and Pete Brodsky. The Blades' two goals came from Josh Wilson.
