The University of Tennessee has bolstered its swimming and diving roster for the 2025-26 season with the addition of eight new athletes, including Bermuda's Elan Daley.
Daley, who is one of three transfers joining the programme, arrives in Knoxville from the University of Florida, where she spent her first two collegiate seasons.
A specialist in the sprint Freestyle events, Daley demonstrated her talent at the 2024 UGA Invitational. There, she recorded Personal Best times in the 50 Free (23.21), 100 Free (49.36), and 200 Free (1:47.86), showcasing her speed and versatility in the pool.
Before her time at Florida, Daley was a member of the Canadian National Junior Team. She holds multiple national records for Bermuda, including the Long Course records for the 200m and 800m Freestyle, as well as the Short Course records for the 100m, 200m, 400m Freestyle, and the 200m Individual Medley.
Her move to Tennessee will provide her with a new opportunity to continue her development and compete at a high level.
