Kaden Hopkins has delivered another impressive performance at the 74th Tour Cycliste International de la Guadeloupe, continuing his fight back after a challenging Stage Two.
Riding for Uni Sport Lamentinois, Hopkins finished Stage Four in 16th place, clocking a time of 3:25:52 on the 148.3km course from Morne-à-l'Eau to Les Abymes. He crossed the line just 1 minute and 17 seconds behind the stage winner, Julien Chane, who finished in 3:24:35.
This strong result has seen Hopkins make a significant move up the general classification. He now sits in 40th place overall with a combined time of 13:53:18. While still 9 minutes and 55 seconds behind the overall leader, Jakub Kaczmarek, the performance demonstrates Hopkins's resilience and determination to compete at a high level.
With several stages still remaining, the Bermudian cyclist will be looking to build on this momentum as he aims to climb further up the leaderboard.
