Jens Drea claimed a commanding victory this week in the latest installment of the Bermuda Triathlon Association's Super Sprint Series, held at the picturesque Clearwater Beach.
Drea showcased impressive form across the 200m swim, three-lap bike course, and two-lap run, crossing the finish line in a swift time of 25 minutes and 9 seconds. Following him was Sofia LeClerc, who secured second place with a time of 27:20, while Maddy Schindel completed the podium, stopping the clock at 28:53.
In a shorter distance category, Austin Carr was the first to finish the 100m swim, two-lap bike, and one-lap run, recording a winning time of 20 minutes and 39 seconds.
The Super Sprint Series continues to provide an excellent platform for Bermuda's triathletes to test their speed and endurance in a fast-paced format.
