The Bermuda Triathlon Association’s Summer Sprint Series continued today at the picturesque Clearwater Beach, with athletes battling it out over a challenging Super Sprint distance.
Sarah Ruberry claimed a strong victory in the 200m Swim, 3-lap Bike, and 2-lap Run event, clocking a winning time of 34 minutes and 49 seconds. Her comprehensive performance saw her emerge ahead of the field in what proved to be a competitive race.
David Friend secured second place, finishing in 35 minutes and 42 seconds, demonstrating his consistent form across the disciplines. Rounding out the podium was Aidan Taylor, who completed the course in 35 minutes and 59 seconds, securing third position.
The event provided another excellent opportunity for triathletes to test their early-season fitness and skills in a vibrant setting, as the Bermuda Triathlon Association continues its series of accessible and engaging races throughout the summer.
