Bristol City have confirmed that forward Nahki Wells is to leave this summer after five-and-a-half-years at the club.
Wells was out of contract and discussions had been ongoing over a new deal.
The 35-year-old made 237 appearances for the Robins after signing at the start of 2020 and scored 48 goals - including 10 this past season as the club finished in the Championship play-off places for the first time since 2008.
"We've created so many special memories that will live with me forever. You've taken me in as one of your own and made my family feel at home from the moment I joined the club," Wells said in a club statement.
"The moment on the pitch at Ashton Gate finding out we'd made the play-off places is something I will never forget, celebrating something we worked so hard to achieve with the fans who backed us the whole way."
