Bermuda's Elijah Daley was in action recently, competing in the 2025 Bell Canadian Swimming Trials held in Victoria, British Columbia.
Daley, facing a strong field of Canadian swimmers, participated in two butterfly events at the prestigious trials.
In the Men’s 50m Butterfly, Daley finished 30th overall, stopping the clock with a time of 25.55 seconds.
He also competed in the Men’s 200m Butterfly, a more endurance-based event. Daley secured a 21st-place finish in this race, recording a time of 2 minutes, 6.79 seconds (2:06.79).
Competing at the Bell Canadian Swimming Trials provides invaluable experience for Daley, allowing him to test his skills against top-tier competition and gain exposure to high-level swim meets.
