Clinton Hayward (L)
IslandStats.com
Three referees from the Bermuda Football Association (BFA) are actively involved in officiating matches during the current CONCACAF World Cup Qualifiers window, underscoring the island's growing presence in international football officiating.

Referee Amaury Majors and Assistant Referee Stefan Maybury were part of the officiating team for the match between the Cayman Islands and Honduras. The tightly contested game, held in the Cayman Islands, saw Honduras emerge with a narrow 1-0 victory. Majors served as the fourth Official, overseeing the technical areas and substitutions, while Maybury performed duties as a Referee Assistant, responsible for offside decisions and foul play along the touchline.

Meanwhile, fellow Bermudian official Clinton Hayward is also in action as a Referee Assistant in the qualifier between the Bahamas and football powerhouse Costa Rica.

The involvement of three Bermudian referees in such crucial World Cup Qualifying matches highlights the high regard in which their abilities are held by CONCACAF. It provides invaluable experience for the officials and reflects positively on the development of refereeing standards within Bermuda.
