More than 24 hours after the team departed Bermuda, the Bermuda Football Association released the names of the players selected for the Bermuda Under-17 Girls’ National Team.
Head Coach Gary Adams named the 21 players who will represent Bermuda in the Concacaf Women’s Qualifiers in the Dominican Republic.
The tournament’s official draw, divided the 26 participants nations into six groups, with Bermuda opening their group F campaign against Dominica on Monday before they round things off against Canada two days later.
After the round-robin group stage play, the six group winners will advance to the 2024 Concacaf Women’s Under-17 Championship, joining the top two ranked nations, Mexico and the United States, who have seeded directly into the championship’s group stage.
