Geri Mewett was crowned Tennessee State Criterium Champion during the People's Community Bank Criterium in Tennessee.
Mewett was the first Tennessee resident across the line in Johnson City, although he finished second in the race, Mewett was the first Tennessee resident giving him the state title.
Third in the race was Mewett's former teammate Bradley Spears. Mewett and Spears will be in Bermuda in early July to lead the Bermuda Bicycle Association's Junior Cycling Camp.
