The College Track & Field Season will kick off on Friday in some areas with Mid-Island Striders athlete Jasmine Brunson who is attending Clemson University on a track and field scholarship in a home indoor meet.
Brunson has been one of Bermuda's top female long jumpers for the past four years. She is currently ranked as the 4th best female long jumper in Bermudian history with a jump of 5.87m. Brunson follows Arantxa King (6.41m), Zindzi Swan (6.01m) and fellow Strider teammate Shianne Smith (5.97m).
